Skilly Ridge Riesling
Wine
Tim Adams Skilly Ridge Riesling is grown on the Skilly Ridge Vineyard in the Clare Valley. The soils, a mix of clay, loam and shale, are well suited to Riesling.
The fruit is harvested in the crisp early morning and immediately crushed and chilled. Only the free run juice is used to make the wine, fermented over two weeks at 12-14°C with an aromatic but neutral yeast strain.
Pale straw green, Tim Adams Skilly Ridge Riesling has floral and citrus aromas that flow seamlessly onto the palate. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
